Manager, Grants and Operations
Dalberg Catalyst has a bold vision, and the Manager of Grants and Operations plays a critical role in enabling our growth and effective functioning to bring this vision to life. With responsibility for operational management of Dalberg Catalyst’s portfolio of grant-funded projects, as well as our core operations, your ‘north star’ is to ensure we deliver operation excellence in all areas of our work and run a professional and effective organization that is well set up for future operational expansion.
Reporting to the COO, and with line management responsibility for the Grants and Operations Associate, this role has two main functions: Oversight of grants and contract administration; and Operations management.
Dalberg Catalyst is a fast-growing nonprofit start up, so this role suits a highly flexible, dynamic and system-oriented professional who is resourceful, comfortable working at a fast pace, and willing to roll up their sleeves.
It is a full-time employment position, with a fully remote (work from home) location. The role is US-based, with a preference for EST / CST time zones.

Consultant, Sharing Strategies Network
We face an unprecedented series of concurrent crises - of covid, conflicts, climate and inequalities. To crack these crises, we must break out of old ways of working, escape siloed thinking and structures and partner strategically to avert climate catastrophe, tackle transnational threats and achieve our shared Sustainable Development Goals. As a trusted, neutral platform, Sharing Strategies is a network of leading change-makers from advocates, think tanks, local leaders, global civil society groups, international organisations, the private sector and philanthropic foundations working to drive coordination, foster innovation, and present solutions for potential funders.
The Consultant will work closely with Sharing Strategies’ founder and Program Manager to help shape, plan, and support selected initiatives, campaigns, and projects that arise from the Sharing Strategies network. Primary among these is a new, large-scale campaign (see here and here) to reform the global financial system to be fit for purpose for today’s massive climate and development challenges, which Sharing Strategies has helped nurture. Additionally, they will contribute to operational and programmatic enhancements to the Sharing Strategies network more broadly.
We are looking for a candidate to start immediately through to October 31, 2023, with the possibility of extension subject to confirmation of further grant funding. The role is fully remote (work from home) with a preference for candidates aligned with the Central European time zone.
