Jo Evans

Jo is the Director of Incubation Strategy and Operations and an experienced program manager and strategic advisor in the social impact, humanitarian and environmental sectors. Jo joined Dalberg Catalyst from Dalberg Advisors where she led teams advising clients on strategy and organizational transformation. Clients include BMGF, WWF International, the UN Secretariat, WHO, and other UN entities.

Previously with the Tony Blair Africa Governance Initiative and Dalberg Implement, she worked as an embedded advisor to several African governments on implementing responses to complex challenges including the West Africa Ebola outbreak, private sector development, and government delivery. She also worked in campaigns and advocacy with Oxfam GB in Pakistan.

Jo holds a first class degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Oxford.
