Jeff Ostrum

Jeff Ostrum is a Managing Director for Financial Architects Partners, a life insurance advisory firm in Palo Alto, CA.

He is an advisor to super affluent families for generational wealth planning, and he works closely with their family offices and legal and tax teams. Jeff started with the company in 2002 in Boston, and four years later established the Silicon Valley office. He formerly served as Co-Chair of the Professional Advisory Council for The San Francisco Foundation.

Jeff is a big believer in community and the power of relationships and shared purpose. He’s been involved with Project Cornerstone (YMCA) for 16 years, where he volunteered for six years and then joined the Board. In 2021, he and the Executive Director established the Student Leadership Council, which works with High School students from eight different districts helping to amplify youth voice. Jeff teaches these students leadership tools and techniques.

Jeff also serves on the Board of Mentor Tutor Connection and is a mentor in their program. He enjoys skiing and hiking in Tahoe and fanatically following Boston sports with his son. He lives in Los Altos with his family.
